Positive, This place has a fantastic location just a few minutes' walk from all the major sites. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a comfy bed and powerful AC-seriously needed in the summer heat! Plus, they had free drinks and snacks in the fridge, such a nice touch 😊

It offered us ideal location near to the bus station for the airport and all main attractions and lovely restaurants, cafes and bars. The room we had included central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television...

Appreciated our rooms with modern touch. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The hotel had a very central setting near to the main train station. Visited Cactus Petes Casino, one of the tourist spots, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The location is close to all main attractions.

The pipes were loud after every use. We also had an unpleasant smell in our room, only masked by an overpowering air freshener-definitely not what I expected. The staff's lack of English made communication quite difficult, leaving me feeling frustrated.

I had a very comfortable experience here, everything was fabulous, the location was magnificent close to the Duomo and the center of town, the city centre, and the bus station for the airport. Everyone was very amiable as well as host.

The staff was helpful and extremely friendly - we would book again. Planned to see Florence major attractions and it was enjoyable base for visiting all of them.

Yo, the room was super clean and the little outdoor courtyard? Totally unexpected and good! Staff was so nice, gave us all the best spots to check out. Couldn't believe how close we were to the Duomo-just a quick stroll down the street. Seriously, can't wait to come back!

The location is superb, with key attractions within a short walking distance, and the upgraded room felt spacious and modern. The air-conditioning was efficient, essential during the 38°C heat. A highlight was the make-your-own pancake machine for breakfast. The pipes made loud noises after use, which interrupted sleep, and the shower had inconsistent hot water, a concern when getting ready.

Couldn't recommend more for a short visit

It was just an ideal choice for a short visit in Florence with value for money. I really appreciated the little coffee machine in the room, even if there weren't enough pods. Make sure to stock up on your own coffee supplies before your stay.

I had such a relaxing time enjoying a lovely rooftop terrace and the cozy common lounge area. Plus, I appreciated the nice touch of complimentary snacks in the room for late-night munchies. Just a heads up, the hot water was a bit unpredictable during busy times, but it didn't really ruin my experience ☕

The room was brand-new and high quality overall. The staff were very amiable and accommodating. The location was incredibly convenient, just a pleasant stroll away from the city center and Curtiss Mansion.
